oh I am so sorry to hear that I’ve never had that feedback before. All of my cardstock is 350gsm including tickets and cards and people always remark how good the quality is as it’s so thick? I am so sorry you felt like this I really wish you had contacted me and we could of found a solution. Many thanks for your order though and I do hope your loved one enjoyed the concert x
