⏰ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE FILE?

Non Custom Option ➡️ 1-12 hours
- I will share a download link to the file usually within 1-3 hours of purchase. *However please allow up to 12 hours during busier periods.

Custom Option 1 ➡️ 4-24 hours

- Please include your full Mickey transcript (maximum 100 words)
- Please include any pronunciations clearly to ensure names are said correctly.

I can provide a web view link for the video which will allow you to post the link, this option will include music. Web link is also suitable for text and emailing the video. Please include a request for a web link with your order.

✨ I wouldn’t recommend sending the video by text as the video file size is too big and may not be seen in the best quality. If you need me to send you a web view link (suitable for sending via text & email) then please let me know with your order. This link will let viewers watch the video in their internet browser with ease.

1. Add the item to your cart and put your information in the Personalization Tab if selecting the custom option. Please include all info including if you need a web link.

✨ Please make sure the information you've provided is all finalised and double checked as this is what will be used in the final video.
✨ Please note any edits after the final file is sent over will incur a small fee to cover the editing and resaving time.

2. You will be sent a download link for the video which you will be able to click on and save the video file down to your device. Then share it to your family and friends.
