Simply include the text you would like printing on the front of the card, exactly as you would like the text to appear, in the personalisation box when placing an order.

Please note all text is copied and pasted direct from the personalisation details provided, so please double check spellings etc prior to finalising your order, as this cannot be changed once printed.

Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of the prints we are unable to offer refunds / cancellations once a print has been designed (including preview print). Please ensure the personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering and include any text / names exactly as you would like displayed on the print. We are unable to take responsibility for any errors, where the print has been created with the details provided.

Although rare, items can sometimes take longer to be delivered than the estimated delivery dates. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation. If your order hasn't arrived please send us a message and we'll contact Royal Mail for any updates on the GPS location of the item. We're aware Royal Mail will only class an item as lost 10 working days after the estimated delivery date and will only class the item as delayed until then. Once an item has been classed as lost by Royal Mail an immediate replacement will be issued. Please note we offer replacement only for lost items.
