It’s a strong and versatile starter.

You will get a 15g packet of dry starter and a printout of step by step instructions to bring it to life. It will take 3-7 days to get it fully active. I have also included some of my favourite sourdough recipes.

It’s pretty fool proof and you will be baking amazing loaves in no time. It’s a great feeling to watch this starter bursting out of the jar as you are getting ready to start baking.
