I was very pleased with the responsiveness and care of the shop to ensure that the item ordered was perfect. We originally wanted the writing to say “big brother” but due to the size of the jacket there was not enough room for all the lettering. Our alteration options were presented and a solution quickly set upon and the jacket came out wonderfully! Material is soft but sturdy and met our expectations of quality.
