Washing Instructions
To keep your garment looking new:
1. Turn garment inside out
2. Set wash temperature to cold
3. Line dry
4. Do not tumble
5. Do not bleach or dry clean
AS OF 2019 WE WILL BE USING LESS PACKAGING FOR YOUR ITEMS WE WILL NO LONGER BE DOUBLE BAGGING THE SLIPPERS TO HELP REDUCE THE WASTE OF PLASTIC .

It is your responsibility to make sure you postal address is up to date we only post to the address given by etsy unless told on ordering it is different .It is your responsibility to track your item with the tracking information provided ,if your item gets send back to us because you have not collected it from the sorting office because you was not in to sign for it we will not refund you for the item you will have to cover the cost of having the item resent out to you .

All returns must be confirmed before sending an item back we also have to agreed to the return postage cost if you take it up on your self to return an item with out us agreeing the return cost we will not cover the return cost we will also no be responsible for an custom charges,
We do not accept return on personalised items , this is any item that we have had to add the wording to even if it is just bride , as all items as plain and the wording you have chosen and the wording colour personalised does not mean just a name personalised is any wording we have had to add to the clothing , slippers. we will only refund if we have made a spelling mistake you must check all spellings ,

You have 1 hour after your order has been placed to cancel your order after this time you order will start to be processed , order printed off items order wording started to be made , with out full wording colour and size your order will not be finished ,

Processing time= how long it take me to make an item this varies depending on the item ,

Delivery = the delivery service time , We mainly use royalmail postal service once an item is with them we have no control over parcel
