Couldn't be happier! Have made kombucha so many times because of Ancient Ferments! The scoby arrived quickly though the bag it was in had inflated and pryed the box open so maybe bigger packaging might be needed? Instructions are easy to follow and fool-proof. Every batch has been successful and after a couple of goes, kombucha-making has become second nature. Sarah is an amazing seller who replied quickly when I asked for digital instructions since I lost my paper ones. I've made several bottles of delicious kombucha over the months, with my scoby growing every day! Highly recommend!
