I always send a photo of your finished and framed picture before I despatch it. Please respond as soon as you can to my messages to ensure your picture is despatched quickly. If I don’t get a reply within 3 days I will post your parcel out. Sometimes Etsy mail can end up in spam mailboxes and are not seen, so please check all your mail and turn on Etsy notifications if you’ve bought as an account holder, especially if it’s important that you see it first.

Yes all quotes can be altered. If you have a special quote you would prefer to be used, please send me a message before ordering and I’ll let you know if your quote will fit on the picture in question. If not, I can usually offer an alternative size of frame for you.

Parcels are usually sent out within 1-7 days. I will always send a proof of your picture before it’s posted, so delivery will depend on how quickly I receive confirmation that you are happy with it so please keep an eye on your messages/emails/Junk mail!
If you need your item quickly, please message me and I will let you know if this will be possible. Any postal delays once in the carriers hands are out of my control.

No, unfortunately that isn’t possible, my pictures are all handmade to order, and a processing time is needed to create your design. Each listing (item for sale) has an expected delivery date and you will find this under ‘Delivery’ on the listing. If you need a picture quickly, please message me and I’ll let you know how quickly it can be made.

Many of my designs are already personalised during the ordering process. I can accept custom orders. If you initiate a custom order, I will discuss your requirements and send photos as your picture is progressing. I will need you’re approval of the finished design before sending it out.
