All photos are hand cropped by our highly skilled graphic designers to ensure the best quality crop possible. We will not cut corners by using automated software, photo cropping tools or adding boarders around your photo(s).

IMPORTANT: In many cases(e.g. long hair, or hair that may drape lower on one side than the other) tapering the hair is a normal part of the process to give the best overall finish. If you're worried about this, feel free to ask us for a mock-up when sending your image over, we will be happy to provide one for you before print. However, we do not replace or refund orders due to the crop after you have received the item. Our graphic designers are highly competent and always crop the images the best way the they see fit.
