----- WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE BANNER AND WHAT IS IT PRINTED ON? -----
The paper banners are 1 x 3 ft (900 x 300mm). They are printed onto 100gsm quality paper. Suitable for indoor use.
The PVC small banners are 1 x 3 ft (900 x 300mm). They are printed onto 440gsm quality PVC. Suitable for outdoor use.
The PVC large banner is 2 x 6 ft (1800 x 600mm). This is printed onto 440gsm quality PVC. Suitable for outdoor use.
----- HOW DO YOU ORDER? -----
When ordering, please mention the name and/or age into the personalisation box when adding it to your basket. Please note, if we do not receive any personalisation with your order, we will not be able to print and dispatch your banners. We are also not responsible for any spelling errors as we will take the text that is attached with the order.
----- WHAT IS THE DISPATCH TIME AND HOW DO WE SEND IT? -----
All our banners are packaged securely to ensure a safe delivery. We aim to dispatch our banners within 24 hours (working days ONLY) via Royal Mail 2nd Class which roughly takes 2-4 working days. The package for paper banners will fit through a standard size letterbox, so you don’t have to worry about receiving the order. The PVC banners will be sent as parcels.
We do offer an upgrade on postage at checkout for express shipping for last minute order. Please see the options at checkout.
----- DOES IT HAVE TO BE A BIRTHDAY MESSAGE? -----
No, you can change the text to anything you would like. As long as the design and font stay the same, we are happy for you to change it as you wish. If you are still unsure, please drop us a message and we will be happy to help.
