How soon does my item ship?

What if my item arrives damaged in the post?
Please let me know as soon as possible (within 2 days of receiving) and provide a photo or two of the damage including the packaging. I will then get another sent out to you free of charge.

What if my item is returned to sender?
If it is my fault then the item is reshipped to you at no extra cost.
If you have given me the wrong details (name or address) then there will be a reshipping fee.

Yes you can, BUT, only if it is agreed before you buy or if you buy one our custom listings, in which case you can choose whatever you like. Sometimes we can make small adjustments without extra charge but if we have to make a whole new print then this is usually a custom listing. It's always best to enquire first to avoid disappointment.

Can I personalise a Print?
Yes! You can have a name or a name and date added to any of our prints. If you don't see that option on the print you want to buy please message us and ask for it to be added.
We will use the same font as the print unless you ask for a different one.
There is a $5 extra charge for this.

I always send a proof before printing to make sure you are happy with the design and style.

We use professional photography labs to print all our products. Unframed prints ship from the USA, and UK (plus EU & Australia for larger prints).
Framed prints, canvases and mugs ship directly from the printers to your home and are sent from the USA, UK, Australia, Japan and Europe (depending on your address and which product). Canvas prints are shipped from the USA only. Please feel free to check with us before purchase as to where your item is coming from.

Please check you give the correct delivery address upon ordering, as we can not be held responsible should deliveries go missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you would like it to be shipped to a different address, such as for a gift, please make sure that you change the address before checkout so that we have the correct address to send it to straight away.

If you have supplied the incorrect address you can rebuy the item using the correct address and send us a message to cancel and fully refund the previous order.
