Our processing time is currently 7-14 days. However, we will always aim to dispatch items before this time frame. If an item is needed by a certain date please message us or leave a note at the checkout. If an item is needed within 7 days of purchasing please upgrade your shipping to the ‘rush my order’ option.

Personalisation is completely free and is included in the cost of your item! Just drop us a message or leave a note at the checkout to add any personalisation. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ALL HAMPERS/ ITEMS)

Due to the cups being made from adhesive vinyl these cups are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Care must be taken whilst cleaning the cups and if not cleaned properly the vinyl could start to peal away from the cup.

To clean-
Warm water and washing up liquid can be used on the cups but please DO NOT use a tea towel or any other form of dishcloth when cleaning the cups as the effect of the bond of the vinyl may be effected.
*No harsh chemicals/ cleaning equipment should be used.*

From the dispatch date international parcels usually take between 5-14 days before they arrive with you. We will not be held accountable for any delays that occur during transit, however, we are more than happy to help If an item is in transit for more than 21 days.

If you message us within the first 72hrs of purchasing we will be more than happy to amend this to ensure you receive your order to the correct address. We will not be held accountable if an address is typed incorrectly and we have not been made aware of this.

We happily except returns within 7 days of the buyer receiving there item/s, however, buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is damaged during transit or if we have made a mistake. If the item is not returned in its original unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
