the bracelet is so beautiful! I ordered two and unfortunately as soon as I put the bracelet on and adjusted it, a small rubber piece came out of the sizer and it is now completely loose, but the shop owner went above and beyond, replied so quick, and immediately sent me a replacement. I am so grateful for this has my son's name on it.
