All of our prints are sent via tracked delivery. UK prints are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class tracked delivery (First Class upgrade available at the checkout, International orders are sent via tracked International delivery. Shipping time estimates are a guide and are not guaranteed.

Our prints are professionally printed on thick white fine art paper. We print in-house at our home studio, ensuring we can personally check all prints ourselves.

If there is a mistake on your order please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the print. If the mistake was provided by yourself in your notes then there will be a 50% charge to reprint and resend the order out to you.

If the proof option is not selected we will not provide a preview of the order prior to printing, we will design and print the order based on your notes so please make sure they are all correct. if you would like to change anything after your order has been printed and sent out there will be a reprint charge.

If you would like to be provided with a preview of your order, you will need to purchase the proof option with the order. Our designers will send you a proof over to check. If you would like to make any changes after the proof has been issued, our designers will make the changes and send you a second proof.

The proof service includes two proofs.

If you choose not to purchase the proof option, changes to your design are not possible after the order has been printed or sent to you.

If you purchased the proof option you will have been provided with a preview of your order and the opportunity to request any changes.

If you choose not to purchase the proof option, changes to your design are not possible after the order has been sent to you. You will be required to purchase the proof service for any further changes you would like to make.

We offer a 14 day return policy on all prints up to A3. Our larger prints (40cm x 50cm, A2 and 50cm x 70cm) are non refundable. These are printed on a per orders basis and are not eligible for refunds.

For all prints up to size A3, including, 5x7 inch, 10x8 inch, A4 and A3. Simply return the product to us undamaged within 14 days of the shipping date. Make a note in the package your full name and order number, and email tracking information to lillibelleart@gmail.com. Once we receive the print back and providing it/they are undamaged, we will issue a full refund minus any delivery costs. We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or labels to send products back to us. Customer are responsible for return shipment costs.
