If you have opted to have a custom message printed on the inside of your card or if your product is personalised in any way, we will not accept these items. The item must be returned in the same way as it was delivered, if the product has been used or the packaging has been removed we will not accept a return.

As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring that the item has been packaged safely and securely to avoid damage during transit. You are also responsible for any costs to return the item(s) back to us. A refund will be processed once we have received your returned item(s).
