All items are individually handmade, therefore it can take up to 7 weeks to ship the item. Please have that in mind if you wish to order an item. It may arrive earlier than that hopefully.

Question: Can I return a custom made order?
Answer:No. All custom made orders are not returnable.

Question: Is the item weatherproof?
Answer: All planters are painted twice and then coated with polyurethane to give the planters a longer life. All wood eventually degrades in harsh weather conditions but the coatings mentioned above give the best protection available.
