I made these vases by first wheel-throwing vases then hand-altering them into their unique cactus shapes, then raku firing them to achieve their metallic texture and sheen. Because they were fired in the American raku style, the clay is still porous and cannot be used to hold water. Please use them only for decorative purposes, either for display or dried flowers only. If you want to use them for live flowers, please insert a plastic bag inside the vase to hold the water.

The shorter vase on the left is 6-1/4 inches tall and 4-1/4 inches wide and weighs 1 lb 7 oz.
The taller vase on the right 6-3/4 inches tall and 4-1/2 inches wide and weighs 1 lb 6 oz.

When shipping, I will use as much reused and biodegradable packaging as possible. I will donate 10% of net proceeds to Mongabay, an environmental journalism non-profit.
