Ready to ship ribbons can be returned for a full refund however, any ribbons made as a custom order cannot be returned for a refund. This does not effect your statutory rights. They can however be exchanged. Please make note of the ‘perfectly imperfect’ nature of the ribbons and order a sample if you are looking to check the colour before purchasing a full spool. Please do not leave negative feedback if you are dissatisfied with your purchase - please first message me as I am always open to putting things right first whether its with a replacement, exchange or refund.

I love to work on large orders and may be able to offer a discretionary discount depending on the quantities involved and my capacity at the time of ordering.

Please note that due to the nature of dying with natural matter, it is impossible to guarantee a complete colour match especially when working with large quantities which require more than one dye bath. Please therefore expect slight variations between batches.

I pride myself on my exceptionally quick dispatch times. All orders are dispatched on the next working day. Orders made on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday. Please take into account any bank holidays or postal strikes which may cause delays.

There is the option to upgrade the delivery method at the checkout including the option for guaranteed next day delivery using the Royal Mail.

My spools are typically 1.8m in length which is plenty long enough for a trailing tail if being used to tie around your wedding bouquet.

All lengths are continuous with no seams.

For cakes, one 1.8m spool is usually long enough to create a bow depending on the size of the cake.

I recommend 2” widths for bouquets and 1” widths for stationery and hand fasting usage. Cakes look great with both 2” and 3” widths.

My ribbons are ironed and are neatly rolled onto a dowel to prevent creasing.
