5 out of 5 starsThe sleeves were beautiful and comfortable. They unfortunately didn’t match the color of my dress like I thought they would. I picked this seller because of their return policies in case the sleeves didn’t match. The return policy was misleading and when I brought it up the seller, they weren’t understanding or helpful. I’d still recommend purchasing from them, but be aware that returns aren’t fully refunded. You only get a partial refund back if the item doesn’t work out.

Hi Kim! We are so sorry for that<3 Our shop make "Made to order" custom wedding sleeves - that means that they are made by your measurements and we take great care that sleeves really fit you. If customer have any issues with item, there is an option of exchanging the sleeves to new ones. According to that we make custom items, our privacy policy(PP) don't allow to make a full refund, since we spent our money, time and material to make sleeves. As we always try to do the best for our brides, we offered you a partial refund or sleeve replacement - neither of option was suitable for you. Before completing the order, we also sent fabric examples and didn't receive any question about misleading PP. It's important to note that while ordering, the buyer agrees to store's PP, so it's helpful to read it. Thanks<3
