Codependency EFT Tapping Workbook | 10 Guided Scripts | Digital PDF

A guided EFT tapping workbook created to help you explore codependent patterns, reconnect with yourself, and practice healthier boundaries, self-worth, and emotional awareness.

This 13-page digital PDF includes 10 original EFT tapping scripts, each approaching codependency from a different angle.

Rather than repeating the same affirmation across every script, each one explores a different pattern that can show up in codependent relationships; including self-sacrifice, conditional self-worth, over-responsibility, difficulty receiving, emotional suppression, relationship patterns, and losing touch with your own needs.

✦ WHAT MAKES THIS WORKBOOK DIFFERENT

Each script is intentionally written around a different vulnerable part of codependency, rather than offering the same general affirmations throughout.

The scripts explore themes such as:

• People-pleasing and self-sacrifice
• Conditional self-worth
• Feeling valuable only when needed
• Over-responsibility and rescuing
• Difficulty receiving support
• Fear of disappointing others
• Losing yourself in love and relationships
• Suppressing your own needs
• Disconnecting from your emotions
• Childhood patterns and learned relationship dynamics

Each script follows a simple karate chop points with three-round structure:

Karate Chop Point Statements

Round 1 — Acknowledge
Notice the old pattern, belief, or emotional response.

Round 2 — Shift
Create space for a different perspective and healthier response.

Round 3 — Reclaim
Reinforce self-worth, boundaries, choice, and a stronger sense of self.
