I ship all orders within 5 working days. My shipping days are usually Monday and Thursday, but this is not set in stone and can change depending on public and school holidays.

All orders are sent untracked, which is standard for us here in the UK. It is how we can keep our shipping costs so low. If you'd like additional tracking information, please message me.

Standard International orders usually take around 2-3 weeks to reach the United States (and sometimes longer than this for Australia, Asia etc). On some rare occasions, international shipping can take up to 6 weeks, it entirely depends on how busy the postal service is at that time.

Please be aware that 1 day express shipping options are only valid from Monday - Thursday. Any orders placed on after 12pm on Thursdays or on Fridays with express 1 day shipping will not be posted until the following Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact me so I can quote for this service.

Nutmeg and Arlo are based in the UK. Due to the recent changes that have arisen since Brexit - going forward any orders being shipped outside of the UK may be subject to Customs and/or Import Fees and handling charges. These custom fees and charges must be paid by the receiver.

If you are unsure if the fees will apply to your order, please check with your local customs office before purchasing so you are aware of what charges may occur to avoid any nasty surprises. Customs and Import fees vary from country to country, so we cannot give any specific information regarding the charges that may apply.
