*If I have already sent your item and you have realised any of the reasons above please message me directly and I will sort a return/ replacement agreement with you.

*If your parcel goes missing because you entered the incorrect address, it should be returned to me by royal mail but if it doesn’t there may be nothing I can do. Although please message me if this happens to you. Please double check you have the correct address when purchasing.
