- Depending on the item ordered, please allow 1-3 working days (Mon - Fri) for us to dispatch your orders. UK bank holidays are excluded from the Etsy listing estimated arrival date. Processing times can vary throughout the year, in busy periods we will update our dispatch times accordingly.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. You will find your tracking number on the email stating when the item was dispatched.

On the very rare occasion, some parcels can get lost along the way, and we will do our best to help locate the item. Please note we can not refund items until we establish what has happened to the item and contact Royal Mail.
Our policy states we have to allow 10 working days before we can class your parcel as lost.

If you have made an error on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will try to amend this for you, however please note if your order has already been processed we will not be able to change this, and we urge all customers to double check personalisation as soon as you have placed your order.
Unfortunately NO refunds will be given to customer mistakes, due to each item being personalised.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know about the wrong address. If your order has not been dispatched, we can change this for you however, we can't make any promises if you get in touch with us too late.

Here at LoveMeUnique we combine postage on all products. Customers only ever pay the one postage cost regardless of how many items they place.
Please add all items to your cart and checkout at the same time to benefit from paying from one postal charge.

All items are sent with a packing slip, we never include any packing slips stating how much items cost etc

You can have peace of mind sending an item direct to someone knowing no prices are included.

While we always do our best to ensure your order is perfect, sometimes mistakes can happen, or sometimes items get damaged in transit.

Please contact us as soon as you notice via Etsy message. It would help in the mean time if you include the order number, a brief description and a photo showing the issue.
