5 out of 5 starsI was disappointed because there was dent in the top of the journal on both the front and back cover and the top of the pages. The journal itself was beautiful as was the monogrammed name but because this was a retirement gift for my best friend I am disappointed it came damaged.

There was a shipping issue with my initial order, the seller immediately shipped another product to me! Weeks later the original order arrived, I offered to pay for the replacement as well but the seller wouldn’t allow! A true statement of making happy customers! I would definitely buy from this shop again! Great quality of the product!!
