Latest delivery update - Royal Mail suffered a cyber incident on 11th January, although international post is leaving the UK on schedule, please expect delays worldwide whilst they work to get all systems up and running again.
Please expect delays on deliveries to the E.U. due to amended customs requirements. For updated information as and when it comes in, see the link to the International Incidents page below.
Because of these postal issues, Etsy's ETA's do NOT currently apply.

I am based in the U.K. and deliver to selected countries in Europe and worldwide.
BASIC SHIPPING INFORMATION: Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment except on Sundays or public holidays whereby I will dispatch on the next available working day.
I will send your item to the address automatically given to me within Etsy so it is your responsibility to please ensure the address you are giving me is correct and all form fields are complete ( including your zip/ postcode and house/flat/apartment number )
An email will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order, detailing approximate expected delivery times as outlined in Royal Mail's policy.
I use standard Royal Mail services based on size, value and weight of the package unless stated otherwise .
Approximate EARLIEST estimated delivery times via Royal Mail are 2-3 working days within the UK , 3-5 working days to the EU , 5-7 working days Worldwide , please note: these are delivery estimates only and are NOT guaranteed.
Overseas buyers please take into account delivery times when placing your order as I am in the U.K.- specifically items going to Canada, Italy, Netherlands or via Chicago USA may be subject to much longer delays especially if they have to go through customs.
TRACKING - I use standard Royal Mail shipping services on the majority of my items, therefore tracking is NOT included, however all items are insured against loss or damage.
PRECIOUS METALS: Must be sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service in order to be insured. I currently only offer this service within the U.K.
IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK : Overseas buyers please be aware of customs & import requirements in your country before placing an order. VAT at 20% will be collected by Etsy at point of purchase on spends up to £135 and your carrier may also charge administration fees to collect any taxes that may be due. DELAYS, LOSS, DAMAGE AND OTHER ISSUES: Please make contact with me direct via messaging and allow me time to investigate and work with you to find a solution. Items delayed, lost or damaged in transit will be pursued as per Royal Mail's policy guidelines. In the instance of damage, please keep all packaging as photos will be needed in order for me to claim from the mail carrier.
Any delayed or lost post caused by outside influences such as bad weather conditions and natural disaster will be pursued as per Royal Mail policy guidelines
If any item goes missing from your address or mailbox , please contact your local Post Office or Police Station for assistance.
If a delivery is refused or not collected from your local depot and is returned to me, any customs charges or unrecoverable fees incurred will be met by you, and will be deducted from any refund that may be due to you.
In the event that you have provided me with an incorrect address and the item is returned back to me, I reserve the right to refund minus the shipping charges as they have already been spent with the carrier.
Any refund that may be due to you can only be issued once the item is back in my possession.
