In the event details are missing or not asked to be specificlly removed we will automatically used the same information used in the example image. (E.g. Seat numbers, block number, Get ready text).

If you want specific imagery used on your ticket, please provide this either on etsy messages or on email. If this is not provided we will create our own graphic that we see as the best fit for the event name you have provided. Please note we are restricted with some imagery due to copyright.

As this is a personalised item, we do not accept refunds.

Delivery information:
Delivery is fee is applicable for both physical print and digital download as this covers the time spent to create your design.

TIMESCALES:
All orders placed by 4:30pm Mon-Fri will be made and shipped within 24hrs of purchase. This is the same for phyical prints and digital downloads.

Any orders placed after 4:30pm Friday-Sunday will be made the following Monday. No orders are made and/or shipped during this period.

All delivery options are added onto the above timescales.
E.g. an order placed at 7pm Friday with express delivery will be made Monday and shipped same day to reach you on Tuesday.
