All of our products are ready-to-ship and are pre-made. No item is made to order and so cannot be changed in any way.

We offer stamping (UPPER CASE BLOCK ENGLISH LETTERS, NUMBERS and HEART SYMBOLS ONLY) on select items. Please message us directly for inquiries. Extra fee applies.

Our engraving is done by laser and can handle different language and images that can be engraved on our pieces.

Details of chain length of Necklaces and Bracelets are included in each listing.

Almost all of our necklaces have 2" extensions unless specified. (e.g.: 18" plus 2" extension, extendable to 20")

Bracelets sizes 7" and 8" have 1" extensions, which make them 6" plus 1" or 7" plus 1" extension.

Ring sizes are in US sizing. If you require a half size, we recommend sizing up. (e.g. If you need 6.5 US, size up to 7 for a better fit.)

Our products are delivered to you in a velvet pouch to protect against damage while your order is being shipped. When the gift option is selected, your note is added to the order automatically.

We offer giftboxes at an additional charge.

WHOLSALE

If interested in purchasing 20+ items, please inquire directly. We do not offer additional discounts on bridal party gifts under 20 items.

Personalization add-on is not considered an item amd would not count towards the 20 item minimum for wholesale.

GENERAL

Only one code/sale can be applied on your order (per Etsy policy). You cannot add a discount on top of a sale.

If offered a one-time use code, do NOT use it on unauthorized purchases.

Order delays are OUT OF OMNYAH'S CONTROL and rely solely on Canada Post/USPS. Contact them first.

Any changes that need to be made to an order must be made BEFORE it has dispatched. Once it is shipped, it is no longer within our control.

Errors in the address provided by the customer will require another postage charge if the original order is returned. If it is delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled as per Etsy Terms & Conditions regarding buyer responsibility to provide the correct address. In the case of replacement, an additional fee applies.

ChitChats is our shipping partner through which postage for USPS and Canada Post are purchased. They are NOT delivery partners.

Our products are essentially made out of premium stainless steel or 925 Sterling Silver (it is noted in each listing), which is then covered in real 18-karat gold plating, and then vacuum sealed for ultimate shine, protection and long lasting colour. The gold plating is about 0.3 microns thickness. The plating is guaranteed never to rust or tarnish. Our products are hypoallergenic and will never turn skin green.

UNTRACKED orders take up to 6 weeks within Canada, US, AUS and UK.*

Undelivered orders are considered lost after 8 weeks of delay.

Time sensitive gifts happen and we are happy to offer LOCAL PICKUP from Mississauga Ontario. Simply add "Mississauga Pickup" in the order notes to receive the pickup location and time slot. Pickup location in Heartland area, near Mavis and Britannia in Mississauga ON Canada.

We appreciate timeliness and prompt responses. Pickup Orders must be picked up within 1 week of order date. Otherwise, order will be shipped after CAD$5 penalty fee is paid and refunds are not accepted.

Our warranty applies to all jewellery in our store. It covers all jewellery's tarnish or rust. Since we use real gold plating on our jewellery, you can wear your pieces everyday.

However, we ask that you please treat your jewellery well by avoiding wearing your jewellery while in contact with harsh chemicals, when applying lotion or hand sanitizer, in saunas, or in swimming pools.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

- Discoloration of the small circular loops connecting both the pendant and chain.

- Broken items cannot be covered unless it is a physical defect (e.g. it arrived broken).

- If your piece has been altered in any way.

- Scratches and breakage from normal every day wear (e.g. chain broke from tugging or stuck in clothing).
