NO REFUNDS will be issued for wigs that have been removed from the netting.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be returned unworn, unbrushed, complete with tags and original packaging and lace intact.

I allow 21 days from the date of delivery for the return of international items.

The return shipping cost and any duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

The arrival of the item is the responsibility of the buyer, so I recommend sending your item back via a trackable method. Please contact us to arrange a return so we can provide you with our return address.

When an item is returned to me because no one was home after 3 attempts, because the item was not claimed by the customer or because an incorrect postal address was given, then you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery. If your order is delivered but you haven’t actually received the item, there are a few things you can do.

Check with neighbours to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.

You should call the police if you suspect that the parcel that was left at the doorstep is stolen.

Refunds or replacements will NOT be given for items that are showing as delivered.
