The toddler tower arrived really quickly, well before the estimated date. One of the pieces wasn't quite right, but the customer service team was very responsive and patiently walked me through how to resolve it. My son loves his tower and is already climbing all over it on a daily basis.

The quality of this learning tower is good and the packaging was ok, the only problem is the instructions are quite confusing. But overall is good

As others have noted, assembly is a bit more challenging than one would anticipate. Also, the learning tower is very difficult to fold for storage. Still, the end product is great for young children. My 18 month old grandson loves being part of the action in his parents’ kitchen. Shipping was delayed due to stock on the color choice, but customer service was honest about wait time. Once in stock, shipping was efficient and packaging was solid.
