Description

“Dragonfly Dreams” is a one-of-a-kind necklace made from Blue Lace Agate nuggets and copper.

The unusual square pendant has been made from pure copper by an artisan metalsmith who has painstakingly hand-etched the dragonfly onto the background and then aged the copper to bring out the detail. Only one of these pendants has been made. From the same metalsmith are some delicate - yet strong as they are quite substantial – pure copper dangles which contrast beautifully with the pale blue lace agate polished nuggets and add pure elegance to the piece. Either side of the pendant are some copper clad pewter discs (lead and nickel free).

“Dragonfly Dreams” measures approximately 16”/41 cm and fastens with a pure copper lobster clasp and fittings.

Please note the display bust is smaller than a real person and the necklace will not look quite as long on you.

I only charge once for postage, so no matter how many items you buy, the postage will not increase.

Please note that overseas orders may be delayed by customs on occasion when they are doing random checks and may take longer than the usual 7-10 working days. Adverse weather can also affect deliveries. Please order in plenty of time if required for a certain date. You can upgrade to tracked delivery if this is not automatically included.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If I have given you a discount code you can enter this as you checkout, after you have selected your method of payment look a little further down the page and you will see an area to select and enter the discount code.

Please use the code when you checkout, if you forget to use it don't worry as you will be able to use it with your next order, it will remain valid until you use it.

Please ask any questions and make the appropriate measurements to make sure the item is the one for you before purchasing. If you have any reason for wanting to return the item please contact me and we can work something mutually suitable out. If you decide that you simply no longer want the item you will be liable for return postage. Returned items need to be in an unused condition and in the gift box or gift bag provided.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers in the EU who make purchases online are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. With the exception of bespoke custom orders, which cannot be returned and are exempt from these regulations, I am happy to offer a full refund of any purchases under the following terms:

~ The customer makes contact within 14 days of receipt of the unwanted items
~ Items are unworn and are returned in the same condition as when they were purchased
~ Buyer pays for return postage and packaging costs.

In return you will receive a full refund once I have received the item or proof that the item has been posted back to me, plus your original postage costs. You only pay to return the item to me if you have changed your mind or find the item isn't suitable for your needs.

For other returns, please contact me to discuss. Your legal rights remain unchanged.

If you are returning goods from outside the EU you must mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" otherwise the item will be liable for import tax which I am unable to pay.

Delivery policies

All items are posted from the UK using Royal Mail First Class post for UK customers and Airmail for overseas orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. If you need something very urgently then contact me and I will do my utmost to get it to you in time and will keep you updated.

If you are in a non EU country your item may be liable for import tax so please check your country's import policies before buying as there may be additional fees that you would have to pay.

Additional policies

If the necklace you want is not supplied with an extender chain and you feel that you would like one attached, please contact me to discuss as this can usually be done very easily for you depending on the fastener. As a general rule, hook or toggle fastenings are not suitable for extender chains but lobster, bolt and carabiner clasps are.

I'm sorry but I can't accept custom orders for the moment due to my caring duties.

All items, unless otherwise stated are sent in a quality gift pouch, protectively packaged in a special postage box. These items are sent at large letter rate.
