This necklace is beautiful! It arrived exactly as pictured, dainty and lovely with the small font I requested. The packaging was intentional as well and gave a high-quality and personal feel. I have bought this necklace a couple years ago and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, I lost it while moving. I was bummed out, so I looked through my past purchases to find this Etsy shop again and purchased another necklace to replace my old one. However, when it arrived, there was a typo with what I had requested to be printed. I reach outed and messaged the shop to let them know about the error, and they were more than willing and helpful to correct the mistake. I sent back the incorrect necklace and they quickly sent out a replacement. I received the new necklace just a few days later and everything looked great! I am so thankful and happy that this shop has such a great customer service team - Thank you GLDN!
