As this is 100% personalised item, we do not accept refunds. The design is printed onto high quality 300gsm matte cardstock.

Delivery information:
Delivery is fee is applicable for both physical print and digital download as this covers the time spent to create your design.

TIMESCALES:
All orders placed by 4:30pm Mon-Fri will be made and shipped within 24hrs of purchase. This is the same for phyical prints and digital downloads.

Any orders placed after 4:30pm Friday-Sunday will be made the following Monday. No orders are made and/or shipped during this period.

All delivery options are added onto the above timescales.
E.g. an order placed at 7pm Friday with express delivery will be made Monday and shipped same day to reach you on Tuesday.

If you notice an error on your order please contact me before your order has been dispatched so I can correct it, if the order has already been dispatched then I am unable make any changes or offer a replacement. Replacements and/or refunds are authorised on an individual basis once after reviewing the situation.

All personalised orders an non-refundable and you will receive your order exactly as you have requested it. If you request specific changes to the advertised design please note that these items are strictly non-refundable and will be agreed prior to any work being completed.
If you have specific imagery you wish to used on your order this needs to be emailed to us along with your order number to info@thepersonalisedpartyshop.co.uk
We are not responsible for sourcing specific imagery on your behalf, any missing information from your order will be flagged with you and placed on hold until resolved.

For all last minute orders we offer a fast-track service which is next day 24hr delivery with Royal Mail. This is available to upgrade at checkout and labelled "Express Delivery".
All orders placed after 12pm Friday-Sunday will not be applicable as the business is closed during this time.
Any orders placed after 4pm Mon-Thurs will not be applicable as Royal Mail depots close at 4:30pm each day and there is not enough time to make your order to be with you the following day.
