We box and package our pieces as secure as possible to ensure safe arrival. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 days as each order is individually handmade there may be differences in time frames, please check estimated despatch time when ordering. The items will be sent 1st Class recorded signed for within the United Kingdom.

***If you are an international buyer I am happy to ship to you, but please contact me first so I can calculate shipping to your part of the world. Once you have that info, you can proceed to check out. All international orders will be sent via 'Airsure'.

Please note all customs regulations are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I return my order?
Any items that are personalised with initials/dates, any items where the customer chooses a specific length to fit them, and any custom made or altered items are classed as ‘customised’ and therefore cannot be returned.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Items must be returned in their original condition and box.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and any custom fees that may occur. I am not responsible for lost returned mail so a tracked method of shipping is recommended.

When items with 'free delivery' are returned the amount it costed me to ship it to you will not be refunded. The prices are as follows:

Hair accessories:
UK mail £5
International mail £10

Jewellery:
UK mail £3
International £8.50

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order and each item has it’s own lead time visible on the listings and on your invoice. If you require your order sooner than the stated time frame please get in touch with the date you need it by so I can let you know if it is possible.
