I often get asked how customers orders work so i thought we could explain it more in depth!
Custom orders are one of a kind product that is fun way to have a unique item to you. All you have to do is type what you want on your item/ how you want your item in the personalised section of the listing! Then it will be sent to us and we will create it for you!
If you are unhappy with the design once you receive the item pop us a message, we will then create another custom item for you and ship it back to you!You will have to return the original item with so we can do this though! Please remember that we only accept this 7 days after your order is delivered and the item must be sent back within the 7 days otherwise i can not validate an exchange

We do not accept refunds or returns (unless its a return from an exchange of a custom order) if you want to send us a message about a blind date (to make sure you don’t get a book you already have) or custom order (to make sure u like your custom item) then we highly suggest you do this because once you have your item we will not accept it back!
