This antique piece (circa 1860-1880) features a coral hand holding a collection of coral charms including a shoe, twist, guitar, and a mouse.

The pendant measures 1.9 inches from the top of the jump ring to bottom by 0.6 inches wide, and we are providing the option to purchase it with or without the 16 inch, 14k gold chain depicted in the photos.
