Mugs
-Please wash mugs before use.
-They are suitable for microwave and dishwasher use.

Items are generally dispatched within 7 working days but can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched as each item is made to order. Please feel free to message us if you would like an update on the progress of your item.

Shipping times depends on where you are ordering to. We are based in the UK so each item is sent from the UK so please bear that in mind when ordering. We have shipping estimates in our shipping policies. Please be aware that these are estimates only and do not take into account any delays that may occur due to the pandemic or world event. If you are ever concerned about where your order is then please do not hesitate to contact us. We do recommend that international shipping can take up to 30 working days however it rarely takes that long.

When sending orders to the US, the order is sent with a shipping partner before handed off to USPS when it reaches the US. Etsy presents the order as pre-transit until it has been handed off to USPS, but the pre-transit stage is when the parcel is making it's way to the US from the UK which can take up to a week (or sometimes longer if there are delays in the system). Once the parcel is in the hands of USPS, full tracking will begin and you will be able to see the parcel move through USPS's system until it is delivered to you.

An item arriving damaged or incorrect is very rare but if you do receive an item that is either damaged or incorrect then please message us as soon as you realise the error. We will require a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and once we have received and inspected the photo we will offer you either a refund or a resend of the item for you :)
