Due to disruptions from COVID-19, please expect delays to the normal delivery service on a country by country basis. During UK lockdown, orders are being sent out using Royal Mail click and drop service with 1-2 drops a week. Listings have been adjusted at this time, to allow for the expected longer delivery times.

SHIPPING SERVICES USED:
I use Royal Mail for all order shipping.
Items will be shipped using Royal Mail's standard first class, parcel or International standard air mail services, depending on the item that needs to be shipped. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE ARE NOT TRACKED SERVICES.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - If tracking your order is your preference/ priority: Please check the shipping options on your order. THERE IS AN OPTION TO UPGRADE TO A TRACKED SERVICE which is Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed For service. PLEASE BE AWARE - Orders placed without this shipping upgrade will be sent using Royal Mail's International Standard service (which is NOT TRACKED)

Once the order has been dispatched, shipping generally takes:

- 1-2 working days within the UK
- 3-5 working days to Europe
- 5-7 working days for the rest of the world

Items are dispatched within 3-5 days of purchase, unless the item is out of stock and is a 'pre order' item. You will receive a dispatched notification on the day your order has been shipped and I generally do 2-3 post office runs a week.

During holidays, if the shop has not been set to holiday mode, shipping times may be extended to up to 3-4 weeks (specifically around Christmas). Please check the item listing as I will keep these updated and relevant at such times.

DIGITAL ITEMS; Will be available for immediate download once payment has been made in the file formats detailed in the listing description.
