We can ONLY process orders using the standard 26 letters of the alphabet. We CANNOT print any other grammatical symbols. If the personalisation information provided is incomplete we will contact you via Etsy messages but if we DO NOT receive a response this could result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

WHAT NEXT?
Each order is printed using a professional sublimation printer and inks, then heat pressed to permanently place the print on the product. All orders are handmade to order within 1-3 working days. Each order is carefully packaged and sent out in the post to you using Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail estimates delivery the next working day including Saturdays but is NOT guaranteed.
