Additional general policies of VDF Antiques and Collectibles
- Objects are used, vintage and/or antique items and have been used before. We provide a description with details on the condition and signs of use (such as but not limited to scratches, stains, chips...) may occur. We try to make a description as complete as possible or mention it when we are not certain. In case a customer is unhappy with the condition they can always make use of our 14 day return policy (Our general Etsy policy).
- Our antique, vintage or collectible objects are for decorative use only. A customer can choose to use it differently but we are never liable for consequences of this use. Any electrical items we sell are not sold to US or Canadian customers.
- Antique and vintage objects were made in different times and under different circumstances as we are used to today. Safety regulations, product composition, product qualifications and general characteristics may differ. They are sold in the condition they are in. Any claims with regard to material or bodily damage are rejected as the items are for decorative purposes only.
- Any objects we sell, including toys, are meant as collectibles and are therefore never suited for children under the age of 16.
