Step by step:
1. Send me a photo (or a few photos) for your painting.
2. We discuss all your wishes and ideas, if needed I will create a layout using a few photos.
3. When the layout is ready, I start working on canvas enlargement.
4. Then I will finish your portrait using highest-grade oil paints, adding surface texture.
5. You will get a photo of the complete painting.
6. When you are happy with the results, I will send the painting.

Benefits of working with me:

You need to know:

- If you need any changes to the image or photo combination, the price may differ. To find out the final price, you should send us the photos with a description of how you imagine the portrait to look.

- There might be an additional charge if a photo is old and blurred or if a photo has very low resolution.

- All sizes are in centimeters. The inch size is inaccurate. This doesn’t actually matter, but it is good to know it. One inch = 2.54cm

1) Modification
If you are not happy after reviewing the
photo of the painting you can ask for
modifications - we do modifications free

If the creation of the painting has not yet begun. If the production of the painting has not yet begun, then we can make a full refund.

3) Just a layout has been created.
If the painting has not been started. You can get a full refund for the painting. Design money is non-refundable.

4) The Painting is ready.
You can get 50% compensation for the painting. Design money is non-refundable.

Yes, the painting will have a signature. A minimalist signature "Po" is placed on the front of the artwork, and on the back of the canvas, we include the date, the name Portraithy.com, and the Ukrainian flag. The flag is depicted as a gesture of gratitude for supporting the Ukrainian people, for your purchase, and as a result, for contributing to our country's economy, its future, and aiding those in need.

If you prefer your painting not to be signed, please indicate this during the order placement.

1) Lost Painting Guarantee
If the painting is lost by the courier
shipping agent, we will send you a new
artwork at absolutely no charge to you.

2) Artwork Damage
If your painting arrives damaged, please
reach out to us. We will either repair the damage or,
if the damage cannot be fixed, we will
make a new artwork for you free of
charge.

3) Frame Damage
If the frame you ordered with your
artwork arrives damaged, we will
promptly reimburse the frame price or
replace it with a new one.

The service was really great! I only had partial pictures of what I wanted as the final painting and the team was able to put it together exactly the way I imagined! The addition of a gold frame was also wonderful. For the frame it was not clear that it was not going to be wooden, but it still looks great! The delivery was fast an on time, with plenty of protective wrapping. Would definitely recommend!
