If an order has been returned to me uncollected from your delivery office after an attempted delivery and exceeded its wait time then I will NOT resend the order OR refund the order.
If you would still like to receive the order then the postage must once again be paid by the customer to resend. Unless the additional postage is paid by the customer to redeliver then the item will not be resent nor refunded.

If an item has been broken by the user or misused in anyway then I will not be liable to refund or replace

If a label has peeled within 30 days and all care instructions have been followed and it has not been helped off in any way then I may replace at my discretion but it is not an obligation

If you need a replacement label for an item you have purchased for any reason then please contact me in the first instance as I can re make any label again as a custom order for you to purchase

please note lost parcels cannot be investigated until 15 working days has passed and please let me know within 30 days of despatch as after 30 days I am no longer liable

If you have an issue with any order then please contact myself in the first instance to allow me to rectify the situation. Please do not leave a hasty review to gain attention as we will the not be able to work with you afterwards.
Please report any issues within 3 days of item receipt and if a return is applicable within in 14 days, after this time any order issues or product complaints will be dealt with at my discretion only.

Please make sure you have checked your spelling and have filled out the information or wording etc for any item in the personalisation box or send a direct message within 12 hours to amend, any amendments after this time can only be changed if the item has not been made.
I will of course rectify any errors I have made as I am only human.
note it is the customers responsibility to check spelling and inform of any text colour & font changes along with any wording other than the default via direct message. Please check the font style you have chosen is the font you actually want, if you are in doubt how a font will look in your chosen wording then please message directly to ask for a proof. The font number selected will be the one supplied

Please check the quantity you are purchasing, just because there are more than one bottle or item in the main photo does not mean that is the quantity you are purchasing unless specified. ie bottles are usually purchased individually unless part of a set (please check the description)
The wording on the bottles etc in the photos are for inspiration and can be changed if notified at the time of purchase

Please check with myself via direct message if you are unsure of the font number you are selecting is the font you want. I am able mock a proof for you.

Please note the font number you select from the menu will be the font issued on the item so if unsure please ask prior to ordering as amendments can only be made if items have not yet made.
Asking for font in photo or italic font etc in the personalisation box will not be taken in to account, with so many orders it is the customers responsibility to select these.
please do not leave a review of the font if you are not happy with it and complain when it is the font you have chosen, this does not warrant a poor review as you will have had opportunities to ask prior to order.

Refunds are at shop owners discretion and only accepted in exceptional circumstances.

if you have been offered a replacement for an item that has been damaged but choose not to accept the replacement and request a refund instead, please note this will only be given at the shop owners discretion.
If a refund is granted it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return tracked postage and the refund will only be issued upon its satisfactory return.
