We do our best to accurately represent colours and shades within the colour boards displayed throughout our Etsy shop and products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns based on colour discrepancies. All computers, displays and devices portray colours differently, so whether it's a ribbon colour, card stock colour or ink colour, the item in real life may not accurately reflect the real thing.

We offer the option to purchase samples on all of our wedding invitations in particular prior to placing a full order. We would strongly recommend taking this opportunity to colour match and observe the quality before committing to a full order if you are in any doubt about the colour or looking for a particular shade.

Typically dispatch time can vary depending on the item you have purchased and as everything is handmade so that takes a bit of time also. All of the individual listings have dispatch timescales on them but if you are in any doubt or need it a bit quicker please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

We will send you an electronic proof of any wedding invitation or save the date orders prior to printing.

We do our best to make sure that your proofs are accurate, but it is the CUSTOMERS final responsibility to check everything. By replying with your confirmation you are agreeing that you have read the proofs, everything is correct and we can proceed with the print run. Special Moments is not responsible for any errors with these items that have been approved by the customer through this proofing process. Moreover, it is not the responsibility of Special to correct spelling, grammar or punctuation.

We are unable to start your order until we receive your confirmation, any delay in receiving this confirmation will delay your order

Quotes are valid for 28 days from the date given and are subject to change at any time. A quote is not confirmed until an order or deposit is placed. We reserve the right to amend prices at anytime, should we incur an increase from suppliers.

-Copyright-
All products and designs remain the property of ‘Special Moments’ until full payment has been received and cleared.
This includes all website images and material in line with Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

-Damaged or faulty items-
Once goods have been delivered, all risk of damage to or loss of product, become the clients responsibility. ‘Special Moments’ will not be held responsible for any damages once it leaves our Studio or during subsequent posting of individual items (i.e. when you post your invitations to your guests).

‘Special Moments’ reserves the right to replace raw materials if they become unavailable.

Please note that due to the nature of handcrafted items, there may be slight differences to each piece and to any samples previously supplied: this is not deemed as faulty. If product specifications from our suppliers change, I will endeavour to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as your original order. If the client orders Wedding Stationery in stages, without prior notice, I cannot guarantee continuity of design.

Health and Safety: Please be aware that due to small parts in our Wedding Stationery, they are not suitable for young children

Absolutely, to purchase a sample simply select one from any of our designs and add to your basket.

If you would like us to supply any additional colour swatches of ribbon or papers please leave us a note at checkout and we will be happy to assist.
