Each item in my listings has an estimated time of how long it will take to reach you. At busy times e.g. Christmas I will post an update / change estimated times on my items. I usually visit the Post Office at least a couple of times a week.

As most of my handmade items are made from untreated wood its not recommended for them to go outside.

On rare occasions it does happen but please make sure that the spellings are correct that you send to me for any item that I am personalising. Once the item has been made and personalised it is very difficult to rectify the mistake and a new item has to be made again from scratch and paid for again. You are responsible for checking that you have given me the correct wording / spelling you require on the item to be made.

1 - You are responsible for giving me the correct shipping address where your parcel is to be posted. Please check that the address is correct before submitting your order. I just don't have time to check every address is valid.

2 - Parcels that are returned to me because the shipping address was incorrect will have to have the shipping price paid again by you before the item can be reposted. Parcels that are lost because of a wrong posting address will have to be paid for again if still required.

3. I will use the supplied address from the invoice to post your parcel so please ensure it is correct.

3 - The shipping price is to cover the actual price of posting and I use recycled materials for posting to keep the cost of posting low.

Sometimes I may use a photograph of your finished item in the future in my listing examples on Etsy, Instagram or Facebook.

I'm sorry I do not provide a gift wrapping service. My items are sent in suitable wrappings for the postal service. If you have filled in the gift note option on Etsy, it will be printed and posted with your item.

Sometimes I can reduce the postage if you are ordering multiple items. This is dependent on what the order is. Please message me before ordering if you would like me to create you a custom order and the possibility of reduced postage. If you have overpaid postage I will always reimburse your overpayment.

Any recycled items for sale in my shop have had a previous life and bought from charity shops or donated. Due to this furniture, frames ect are not perfect and after upcycling still may have flaws. My upcycled frames as stated in the listings may have the hanging pieces missing, small nicks in the wood or tiny scratches on the glass. They have been lovingly bought back to life to be used again and take great care in restoring them to a standard that I would be happy to have them in my own home.

I treat all of my driftwood for potential wood boring insects such as woodworm, but cannot guarantee they are not present. This is also the case with any Antique or Vintage wooden items.

Please make sure that you have given me the complete details of how you would like any personalised items personalised. Incomplete details results in me trying to contact you and sometimes resulting in an unfulfilled order in the given time frame through no fault of my own. I will try to contact you with the contact details given but it is then up to you to respond. Refunds will not be given for late dispatch due to incomplete order details. I will use the Etsy convo and the provided email address to try and contact you.
