All orders will be dispatched within the item's stated processing time as soon as Etsy has finished processing your payment.

If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you.

International shipping costs for bulkier items such as buttons/patch bundles are higher than patches/cards. If both buttons/patch bundles and patches/cards ordered the higher shipping cost will apply.

As with all orders, shipping costs are fixed and you only pay once however many items ordered.

For next day delivery service orders must be placed before 2pm. This is to ensure enough time for processing.

If a delivery attempt has been made to the address given and the order is returned for whatever reason then a refund will be given for the items once received back (as long as in a sellable condition). The shipping will not be refunded. If free shipping was given on order then the shipping amount paid by ButtonCool will be deducted from refund amount.

Only one code can be used at a time. E.g. a coupon code cannot be used a long with a sale discount
