Where is My Order? / What If My Order Gets Lost?

USPS and Royal Mail typically take 1-2 days to update tracking information initially. If you suspect your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue. If your item hasn't been marked as delivered and doesn't arrive within 15 days of shipment, please feel free to DM us Please note that orders lost in transit will be replaced; however, we cannot accommodate refund requests for losses due to the delivery service. Additionally, HeroWing is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the delivery service has marked them as 'Delivered.'

Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?

You can cancel your order within the first 48 HOURS after it is placed. After that, a 10% restocking fee will apply to all canceled items. Since each item is handmade, cancellations during production represent a loss for my small business.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing My Order?

You can change your shipping address anytime before your order has been shipped. Please reach out to us directly on Etsy for assistance.

Every piece is handcrafted in our Seattle studio. As each item is made-to-order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Orders within the US will be shipped via USPS by our fulfillment partner located in WA to expedite delivery.
