Our Service:

All sizes available, please feel free to contact me if you need another ring sizes.

Craft Period: Because all of rings are handmade to orders, it takes about 13-15 business days to make (not include weekend) and 3-5 business days for arrival, thanks for your understanding.

Rush Order: We offer rush order service, it takes about 7-10 business days to finish the ring (not include weekend) and 3-5 business days for arrival, if you are hurry to get it, please kindly contact me.

Payment Plan: We offer payment plan, you can pay weekly or monthly, we will keep your rings as long as 100 days. The item will be started to make once the first payment is received. For any reason the payment is not paid in full, the shop will keep $50 as a re-stock fee and handcraft fee, others will be refunded immediately.

Return policy: We offer 30 days return policy, if there has any problems on quality within 30 days, we are willing to fix it or make a new one for you to exchange, of course, it is available to return it for a full refund.
However, if there has personal reasons by return (no quality's problems on item), handcraft fee , restocking fee ($30 per one ring) and shipping fee ($25) are required, they will be cut from your original payment, others will be refunded once the return is received.


Engraving: it is available, we can engrave for you without any charge (Up To 15 Letters). But since the engraving ring is custom made only for you, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, thanks for your understanding.

Custom Order: We are glad to make custom rings for you, we will create a new listing for you to place custom order after all confirmations, and once the order is received,3D rendering will be made for you to confirm before making the actual ring. But the custom ring is made only for you, it can't be accepted to return, if there has any quality problems within 30 days, we will fix it for you.
