Crochet Overlay Mandala No. 6, Pattern, PDF in Englis, Deutsch

It's a beautiful pattern and I'm having fun making it! It's almost finished now. I'm rating it 4 out of 5 because the English grammar used isn't always correct, which at times makes it harder to understand the instructions; and because the stitch count / instructions are inconsistent at times. (For instance in a few steps the "skip 1 stitch" instruction is not mentioned when working in an overlay crochet row, whereas in other steps it is. I had to undo/redo the start of a few rows because of this.) Overall though I do recommend this pattern for its beautiful one-of-a-kind design and extensive instruction sheets with clear pictures!

I have already started this pattern and I am so happy. I am really loving overlay crochet. I purchased another pattern from a different person and it is so badly written I had to completely abandon it. The patterns from here are so well written I have no problem at all and they are always so colorful. I hope she writes a lot more of these patterns.

I'm completely new to overlay crochet and very glad that I came across the very nice designs of Carodesign right away. The technique itself is - I think - not necessarily suitable for beginners, but really beautiful! Carodesign's designs are simply top and the instructions are very detailed. Thanks to the many photos, the project is also easy to understand.

Beautiful, gorgeous, exquisite, fascinating, stunning........ I have made a lot of these in the standard "ivory" I never even thought that a change in color could bring out these great pieces of art. I love them!
