Knit a fun and sweet little squirrel toy with this easy pattern. All pieces are knit flat, then seamed and assembled - this makes the project accessible for beginners, and easy to modify for more advanced knitters. You can use some eyelash or fringe yarn for the perfect fluffy tail. The finished toy is about 20 cm (8") tall.

Squirrel Materials: 50 g of worsted weight yarn in main colour, 15 g of eyelash/fringe/fuzzy yarn for tail, 4 mm (US size 6) straight knitting needles, pair of 8-10 mm safety eyes or buttons, stuffing, yarn to embroider face, tapestry needle

Overalls Materials: 25 g of DK or light worsted weight yarn, pair of 4 mm (US size 6) straight knitting needles, two small buttons, tapestry needle
