Please pay promptly. It makes life so much easier and stops the packing department (me) getting grumpy with the secretary (me) and then the boss (yeah, you guessed it) doesn't have to get involved.

Shipping policies
To ensure prompt shipping, please complete checkout and ensure that your etsy and paypal addresses match up.
Small items are sent by 1st class mail or Standard Parcel mail (UK), as appropriate. International orders are dispatched via airmail. Larger items and custom items are sent by Recorded Delivery. If speed matters, please contact me for revised shipping costs via Special Delivery or Airsure.
For international (non-Europe) orders, buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees incurred.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO tracking on international orders, unless specifically requested and paid for before dispatch.
