• We ship internationally - buyers are responsible for all import costs which might be assessed upon delivery (VAT, duties, etc).

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
• To avoid return costs, we recommend that you first order a sample (a single item) to ensure satisfaction with the characteristics of the product. This is important because it can be difficult to show the exact color and texture of an item on a screen.

• If you change your mind about an item you received you may return the item (in sealed original condition) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. You must contact us through Etsy messages to request a return authorization. We will respond with instructions with respect to the return.

• Please understand that we are unable to re-sell opened items. Packages that were shipped sealed and were opened by the buyer are not returnable.

• The buyer will pay return shipping and there will be a 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS. In addition, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refundable. If you received free shipping on an order the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns must be postmarked within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of delivery.
